**Service Time**:
Monday-Friday

2 Shifts: 6M-3PM and 9AM-6PM

Weekly onCall Duty 7x24 (on call for 2 weeks every 2 months)

**Core Responsibilities**:
Works under supervision and independently performs predefined and described tasks.

Provides support for simple technical questions about a limited group of Network Security products and vendors

Acts as a team player and is regarded by colleagues as a helpful and effective team member

Builds relationships with teammates, partners and clients to deliver the service.

Develops an understanding of the impact of his actions and the performance required of him.

Understands the impact that IT security issues have on the client

**Service Scope**:
Change Management
- Following SOPs and Processes to deliver change requests

Alert Management
- Collects information according to a template, for diagnosing and fixing simple errors.
- Requests assistance as needed.
- Knows the basic possibilities of provided tools (monitoring, management) and use them to monitor and analyze simple problems

Incident Management
- Take responsibility for simple incidents. Escalates when needed and/or calls for assistance
- Resolve the issues
- Follows established processes and documented work steps to resolve an incident.
- Uses relevant information for the timely diagnosis and solution or to enable a solution in order to provide the required service level and to meet or exceed customer expectations / service level agreements
- Analysis of alerts / issues, trouble shooting and incident resolution
- Creating and managing vendor support cases
- Ticket Ownership incl. SLA Tracking

Read/write system access

**Specific requirements**:
Fluid English written and verbal

CCSA is a strong requirement

CCSE is welcome and encouraged

Experience in NGFW functions beyond classic access control rulebase.
