**About the project**:
You will support German-speaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to company's clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting content creators and influencers in various social media platforms;
- Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting;
- No sales involved;
- Supporting the customers after they purchased services;
- Independent and proactive solution finding using the constantly available knowledge base;

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German
- Communicative level of English language (B2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**:

- ** Base salary: 1398 gross**:

- ** Productivity bonus of up to 500 gross**:
