Transformation Manager - Actuarial Valuation Center

**The Role**:
The Transformation manager will have two major responsibilities.

Direct participation in specific projects:
These will be identified by the Center Leader, based on the priorities for each service. The Transformation Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities for the projects allocated:

- Together with the Service Manager, analyse the current status of the service regarding improvement area identified;
- Define actions to transform the service and achieve goals established;
- Help the Service Manager implementing the actions agreed;
- Liaise with Center Leader for resources (people, financial, technical) needed;
- Liaise with other Service Managers for synergies and best practices;

Coordination of Transformation projects for the Actuarial Valuation Center:

- Responsible for monitoring the lean transformation projects of the Actuarial Valuation Center and track the expected savings of the current initiatives compared to expected savings included in budget;
- Work closely with the other Transformation Managers for synergies and best practices.

**What you need to have**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Actuarial Valuations;
- Experience in Project Management;
- Bachelors or Master’s in Actuarial, Mathematics, Economics, Management or similar;
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
- Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
- Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Comfortable dealing with clients contacts;
- Growth mindset and out of the box thinking;
- Proactive and goal oriented;
- Strive to achieve efficiencies in ongoing work;
- Advance Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience on Digital/Automation projects (coding knowledge will be valued)
