Referential Integration and Data Quality Analyst

**About the job**
- The Referential Integration and Data Quality Analyst ´s main mission is to Improve the overall quality of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), while coordinating the implementation of controls, global policies and automations. Plus, coordination of all the projects within Referential team. Onboard Counterparties into Global Markets systems (From Front Office to Back Office) and making sure all BNP controls are applied and both risk and compliance rules and guidelines are followed

**Your Main Activities Are**

Implement and coordinate new controls in order to reduce the incidents and improve the quality of SSI stock

Ensure the implementation within the SSI team of new global policies, such as Compliance, Operational Permanent Control and Regulatory

Coordinate the implementation of SSI automation processes

Contribute to and coordinate any project within Referential team

Coordinate and manage the onboarding of Counterparties in the Global Markets systems within our team perimeter

Coordinate and manage the reports to allow the reconciliation of the active Counterparties in Global Markets Systems

Contribute to KPI and provide visibility on the production on the team activity

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting

Fluency in English, both oral and written

At least 3 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly in Excel

Ability to collaborate with others

Attention to detail and analytical ability

Ability to manage and facilitate a meeting

Ability to manage a project with a results driven mindset
