Dellent is a Portuguese company focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services.

We are looking for a IT Support Business Analyst to work in a finance project in Lisbon.

Main activities:

- Investigate production issues, and follow up these issues with IT production support teams and Margin Man editor;
- Supervise the production patches delivery process;
- Work with the testing team to conduct system integration testing to ensure quality of delivery;
- Assist to prepare technical deliveries and support implementation by integration teams;
- Write functional specifications and ensure proper documentation of requirements, process mapping and workflow diagramming and impact analysis;
- Support UAT (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team);
- Produce detailed documentation on proposed solutions with estimated costs;
- Coordinate with multiple Technical teams, Infrastructure and testing teams to deliver the projects.

Technical skills required:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required;
- 5+ years of overall experience as Business Analyst;
- 7+ years in banking industry and preferably in Private Banking industry;
- Experience with Forex/structured products position keeping tools;
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with end users and stakeholders at various levels;
- Highly analytical, able to investigate, troubleshoot and determine issues at root cause;
- Good understanding of project lifecycle and experience in functional and technical specification;
- Experience with MarginMan, Contineo, Calypso, Olympic is a plus;
- DB queries is a strong plus;

- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong team spirit;
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written);
- English (B2 Level).
