**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us drive, deliver and contribute to our Product strategy and delivery. You will be supported by a small but growing team and working alongside the Head of Product, helping us continuously build our market-leading product. If this makes sense, keep reading
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Own the delivery of a domain within the product roadmap;
- Think strategically and look at different ways to increase the value of the product;
- Keep an eye on the market and conduct market and competitor analysis and positioning;
- Work closely with Customer Success team to better understand our clients’ and customers’ needs;
- Be the agile advocate, working with the team to improve the product development cycle;
- Drive the discovery cycle with the design team;
- Conduct refinement and planning sessions with the product team and stakeholders;
- Ensure the timely delivery of the Product roadmap itens, alongside the development team;
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to measure the success of product features.
**About you**
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:
- Proven work experience in a product role (mid to senior level) driving product strategy through engineering delivery;
- Solid understanding of Agile and Project Management methodologies (certification is a plus) - e.g. Scrum, Kanban;
- Collaborative approach and ability to build consensus;
- Ability to breakdown strategic ideas into deliverable product roadmap items;
- Proven experience in leading the team towards a data-driven product roadmap;
- Experience in running experiences with the Product e.g. Multi-variant testing, conversion optimisation,...;
- Experience with analytics tools - e.g. Metabase, Mixpanel;
- Experience with key tools - e.g. Notion, Jira, Figma;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to communicate with impact and influence - both verbally and written;
- Passion for contributing to continuous improvement processes;
- Experience in the Healthcare industry and/or with SaaS products is a plus.
