**A 321 Crédito pretende recrutar um AML Specialist para a área de Compliance**

Reportando ao AML Officer, terá como principal missão apoiar as atividades da área de forma a garantir o cumprimento das obrigações legais e regulamentares a que a empresa, na qualidade de Instituição Financeira de Crédito, se encontra sujeita.

**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Apoiar na definição das políticas, procedimentos e controlos destinados a gerir adequadamente os riscos de BC/FT;
- Analisar os processos escalados à Direção de Compliance no âmbito de novos processos de concessão de crédito, atualização de dados de clientes, documentando toda a intervenção da Direção de Compliance;
- Identificar riscos de BC/FT e suportar a tomada de decisão sobre a aceitação ou recusa de clientes;
- Analisar os alertas gerados no âmbito da filtragem de clientes contra lista de sanções e de PEP's;
- Analisar alertas gerados no âmbito da monitorização de transações;
- Documentar a análise e identificar a necessidade de exercer o dever de exame;
- Apoiar outras tarefas no âmbito da Função Compliance, sempre que necessário.

**PERFIL**
- Formação Superior em Economia, Gestão ou Direito (ou similar);
- Experiência de pelo menos 2 anos em funções similares;
- Conhecimento da regulação em matéria de PBCFT;
- Certificação em PBCFT (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos informáticos na ótica do utilizador das ferramentas MS Office e nas aplicações Fircosoft e Fiserv na ótica de utilizador (preferencial)Conhecimentos de Inglês (nível intermédio);
- Boa capacidade de organização, elevado sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia;
- Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho de equipa;
- Cultura de Controlo e capacidade analítica.
