IT Project Manager

IT Operations Manager tackles our organization’s toughest technical problems and drives technical excellence at all levels, working with Darkroom’s leadership to support execution of the organization's vision. The Operations Manager is a person who cares deeply about the technical side of operations and making sure that everything is running smoothly for our systems. This person possesses an expert technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations, monitoring and management tools, and deployment processes and tools.This will be a high visibility role, as you will partner with designers, account managers, project managers, and outside vendors to help transform Darkroom’s products and services. We are looking for a hands-on manager that will both lead the team, partner with their peers, and develop scalable solutions with the team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Grow and lead a team of Software engineers
- Implement quality control and review systems through development and deployment processes
- Collaborate with Digital Project Managers to manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives
- Build repeatable infrastructure framework and processes to support multiple engineering staff and products
- Communicate cross functionally with UI/UX designers, project managers, and ad agency account managers to determine deadlines and prioritize work for the Operations team

**What You’ll Need**:

- 2+ years of Operations Manager or related experience with gradually increasing responsibilities
- 4+ years of Operations and demonstrated understanding of Operations and technical quality control processes, artifacts, and tools
- An ability to drive to big picture goals and milestones while evaluating and maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
- Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and project management
- An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills

Pay: 24,000.00€ - 36,000.00€ per year
