**Funções**
- O Mail Services Coordinator exercerá a sua função a tempo integral e será responsavél pela gestão da correspondência recebida e a expedir, bem como efetuar serviço externo.
- Serviços administrativos relacionados com o serviço de mailing;
- Receção e tratamento de correspondência física.
- Garantir a correta **distribuição** de documentação (física e digital).
- Digitalizar e importar documentação para o sistema;
- Expedição de correspondência: coordenação de envios de correio (CTT e estafetas), envelopagem, selagem os envelopes para expedição e criação de guias de transporte;
- Registar, catalogar e manter documentos atualizados no sistema.
- Pré-seleção do correio de acordo com normas internas;
- Encadernação de documentos;
- Serviços Externo: deslocações aos banco, CTT, conservatória e finanças, etc.
- Serviços de logística: Disponibilidade para trabalhar após as 17H e sábados (quando necessário), serviço de transporte de artigos de escritório, movimentação de postos de trabalho com experiência na desmontagem e montagem de mobiliário.

**Requisitos**
- Formação: Escolaridade Obrigatória.
- Conhecimentos de **informática** na ótica do utilizador, em especial **Microsoft** Office.
- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalhar em equipa;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, foco nos prazos e adaptação a diferentes contextos;
- Planeamento, organização e atenção ao detalhe como pontos fortes;
- Carta de condução categoria B.
