Job Title: Procurement Intern

Role Overview

As a Procurement Intern at Kantar, you will have the chance to be part of a vibrant and collaborative Finance team that provides specialized financial services. Working under the guidance of the Procurement Service Desk Manager, you will collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure that all tasks are completed to meet performance and quality expectations.

Role Description
- Ensure all queries are logged, re-routed, and resolved in a timely manner to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement processes, policies, and controls, aligned with the compliance framework, for all countries and business divisions in scope.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure flawless execution.
- Validate supplier master data requests and ensure they adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold data accuracy.
- Improve service desk operations by using chat functionality, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and other service desk documentation for users, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
- Track procurement status from initiation through receipt, relaying status to customers, and assisting with issue resolution as appropriate to ensure successful implementation.

Role Requirements & Capabilities
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent experience, providing a solid foundation for this role.
- Eligibility for an IEFP Internship is mandatory for this position.
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with all parties involved.
- Knowledge in Office tools, mainly Excel and PowerPoint, to efficiently perform tasks and analyze data.
