As a junior Category Manager you´ll be responsible to maintain best in class customer engagement & partnership advisorhip in RCD:

- Focus on customers that grow
- Implement visible category POS solutions based on insights
- Accelerate category growth

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Define what the RCD services will look like for each specific Customer and develop road-map for service delivery (which service to whom, when) - to be updated annually
- Support the customer engagement process with business reviews meetings, development of OCF leaflet, and actively take part at Innovation Meeting in order to align with the customer on a strategy and POS Solutions to accelerate category growth.
- Keep developing and updating RCD Tools for the prioritized categories such as the Merchandising Manual or Category Newsletters to increase RCD coverage at 1 Way Customers.
- Target to achieve the fair SOS SOA KPIs helping with a category perspective to maximize distribution of NPDs and Grow the Head products.
- Develop Recommended Assortment and Planogram for our 2 way and 1 way customers
- Close internal collaboration with Insights team, CDMs, REs, Shopper Marketing
- Provide category diagnosis internally to commercial organizations and externally to customers staff
- Provide key inputs to GTM team for all NP development & new projects, help address Trade Stories for NPDs...

**Required qualifications (behaviors & skills)**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business related course
- 2 years of Commercial or marketing experience
- High level of initiative and motivation
- High level of perseverance, strong in persuasion
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Customer Oriented & commercial skills
- Advanced analytical and computer skills
- Digital and ecommerce skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and strong ability in cross-functional ways-of-working
- Ability to work independently in a task-oriented environment as well as effectively within a team
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Portuguese
