We are looking for a **Talent Hub Specialist (V.I.E.)** to join our Iberia Talent Hub and be **based in Santa Maria da Feira**:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Integrate the Iberia Talent Hub Team, mostly based in Portugal;
- Source young talents to integrate the company;
- Screen, assess and pre-select the best available talents for each job opening;
- Keep a database of interesting profiles;
- Manage online presence and employer brand visibility to our target audiences;
- Take part in branding campaigns according to the TA strategy (job fairs, professional events, etc);
- Work on reporting related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Busines with a specialization in HR;
- Experience in recruitment of different profiles (Engineering, IT, Logistics, Finance, etc)
- Experience in campus management
- Digital / social media savvy
- Driven by results, focus, process management
- Inspiring and clear communicator
- Listening skills and customer focus
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish (nice to have)
