STRATEGY AND STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2306GMFOS15319) **About the job** Strategy & Strategic investments team provides decision-making support to the senior management of Global Markets across strategic and tactical issues facing the business. The team engages and partners with GM management to develop the long-term business strategy. The team is also responsible for competitive benchmarking, market intelligence and for managing the strategic investments portfolio. The team is located in London, Hong-Kong, Paris and Lisbon. ***Your Main Activities Are** - Collect and analyse information for benchmarking of BNPP’s performance vs. its peers - Produce relevant analyses of the peer banks to be used in quarterly performance reviews - Follow trends in the market including expectations and drivers of banks’ performance - Support any specific deep-dive analysis on the performance of GM products and client segments - Support requests relating to GM strategy and strategic investments (e.g., preparation of documents for different stakeholder groups such as Group senior management, employee townhalls, regulatory presentations, client presentations, journalist requests) **Profile and Skills to Success** - Graduated from Business School or Engineering School (or equivalent) - At least 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, finance or business management - An overall understanding and interest in the financial world - Team player and cross cultural awareness, collaborate and provide information to colleagues and stakeholders - Structured, methodical approach and ability to prioritize considering possible impacts on the business - Excellent communication skills in both native and English languages (all our communications and documents are in English) - Passion, tenacity and resilience in fast-paced environment - Strong Microsoft knowledge (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
