We are looking for an

**Product Manager (80-100% possible)**

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our audio over
IP products. This is a dynamic and exciting role that will focus on product management with a strong emphasis on project management for new product development.

JOB LOCATION:
This role can be located in our offices in Zurich, at the PCI - Science Park in Aveiro (Portugal), or work remotely from anywhere in EU/UK.

YOUR JOB:
You’ll be in a key position to lead product development and the interface between the customer and our development teams around the globe. You will drive projects from start to delivery working closely with our customers and guiding the development teams in this agile setup. You will collect the requirements, break the required work into packages, orchestrate resources, validate deliveries and carry the responsibility to satisfy the customer. Supported by great colleagues and experts you will drive exciting new products to the market and bring the visions of our customers to life. Experience with internet technology is a must. Knowledge in IoT, streaming and audio encoding would be great, but is not a mandatory requirement.

RESPOSIBILITIES:

- Define and document the feature set for new products, including market and competitive positioning, customer feedback, and technical requirements
- Break down product requirements into tasks for development and work closely with developers to ensure that deliverables meet the necessary standards
- Collaborate with customers to identify their specific needs and work to ensure that products meet those requirements
- Validate the products that the development team has provided, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and are fit for purpose
- Develop and provision content for marketing materials, training, and product sheets
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to sell the product effectively

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A deep knowledge and understanding of IP networking technologies and protocols
- A strong background in project management and product development
- A keen sense of audio and a passion for the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic environment
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desired
