Junior Key Account Manager
The challenge
The role will focus on managing existing accounts and driving new business development across the region North in Portugal.
What you will do
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales
- Account Management: Maintain current sales levels while growing existing relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Travel: Domestic and EU travel regularly for client meetings, exhibitions, and company events.
What you need to succeed
- Sales Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the education sector or related fields.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese with a medium level of English.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate terms, and foster long-term relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and tools (e.g., SAP) to make informed decisions.
- Adaptability: Capable of pivoting strategies based on industry trends and client needs.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities.
