**YOUR FUNCTIONS**:

- Make/receive calls from different customers and respond to their requests,
- Responding to customer requests in the back office,
- Commercial skills according to projects
- Knowing how to respond to objections/complaints,
- Good computer skills (pack office,...)

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**:

- Fluency in **Italian**_ **(oral/written): level C1/ C2**_(mandatory prerequisite),
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT (mandatory prerequisite),
- Be proactive / resilient
- Experience in customer service will be an surplus value
- Available for variable and rotating hours (40h/week): Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm ( 2 days off in the week. Fixed Sunday + another rotating day).
