We’re looking for an **Events Coordinator **to manage Acolad’s presence at industry events, tradeshows and conferences as well as organize in-house events.
**Role & Responsibilities**
As Acolad’s Event Coordinator you will partner with Field and Corporate Marketing teams, as well as local stakeholders, to drive a successful event strategy for the group worldwide. This role presents an opportunity to learn and make an impact, working with a stellar team and contributing to various marketing initiatives. Areas of responsibility include:
- Coordinate and execute multiple end-to-end live and virtual events, partnering with all relevant stakeholders
- Centralise events’ calendar, best practices and processes
- Coordinate events’ logistic organization including venue, decorations, catering, equipment
- Evaluate and build Acolad-led concept events such as customers events, webinars or workshops
- Research and advise on events to attend and evaluate sponsorship opportunities
- Ensure that branding and key messages are consistent and relevant across all markets
- Provide improvements and bring new ideas and concepts to event programs
- Secure internal and external promotion of Acolad’s presence on events, collaborating with the different teams
- Conduct pre
- and post-event evaluations and report on results
- Partner with legal team to ensure the compliance with legal obligations
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in events management
- Flexibility to travel (up to 10% of the time)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and ability to proactively address
- Solid project management skills (ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines)
- Experience with virtual events platforms is a plus
- Data driven and ability to build reports and analyse metrics
- Experience with the following tools is a plus: Salesforce (or similar CRM), HubSpot (or other marketing automation tools), GoToWebinar (or other digital event platform).
