**Descrição do emprego**
- Propor, planear e executar atividades de UX research para os produtos de pagamentos digitais, seguindo as melhores práticas.
- Aplicar vários métodos de pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa, como entrevistas, inquéritos e testes de usabilidade, para obter informações sobre o produto e a sua utilização.
- Traduzir os resultados da pesquisa em soluções práticas que aumentem a satisfação e o envolvimento do utilizador, resolvendo simultaneamente as necessidades da empresa. - Planear e realizar testes de protótipos para testar os principais pressupostos em termos de viabilidade e usabilidade.
- Colaborar com as equipas multifuncionais para traduzir os resultados de pesquisa em estratégias de produto acionáveis.
- Apresentar os resultados da pesquisa à equipa de gestão para informar as decisões relativas ao futuro de produtos digitais.

**Qualificações**
- Licenciatura ou mestrado em Design, Interação Humano
- Computador, Psicologia ou áreas afins.
- Proficiência na condução de métodos de investigação qualitativos e quantitativos.
- Proficiência em ferramentas de design e Microsoft Office.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, colaboração e apresentação.
- Inglês e português fluentes
