**Program Finance Controller (M/F)**

Our Client is looking for an experienced Program Finance Controller

An ERP Program is being undertaken to support Company business transformation by leveraging data, systems and digital to drive innovation in food, Finance, Supply and FM. The ERP will bring efficiency by modernizing the way we current work and delivering integrated business processes in a end-to-end view, under common databases and technologies.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage the overall ERP Program budget and cash flows
- Own and reassess / refresh on a regular basis the ERP Program business-case
- Track expected benefits and monitor Group project KPIs
- Assist projects in creating and managing budgets
- Define and own the recharge model
- Implement internal controls
- Produce reports to various stakeholders
- Adjust the business model according to new inputs (Be flexible)
- Identify the most consistent KPIs for tracking benefits
- Create financial forecasts and ensure that the program stays on track
- Track costs associated with the ERP implementation and ensure that they are within budget
- Deal with the pressure of tight deadlines, budget constraints, and high expectations from stakeholders

**Profile**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Experienced profile with at least 6 years of experience in Controlling / Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably with experience in Business Case modelling
- Strong Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Business acumen to understand and update the ERP program business case
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage the budget and cash flows for the ERP program and provide guidance to project teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of interlocutors (CXOs, project cross-functional teams )
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in financial reporting and budget tracking
