**What are we looking for?**
- System Administration: Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably in corporate environments. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues. Familiarity with various Microsoft roles such as print servers, file sharing, and remote desktop;
- Windows Server: Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments;
- AD and Entra ID: Proficiency in managing Active Directory, users, GPOs, certificates, DNS, and DHCP;
- Linux Server: Knowledge of Linux systems;
- Automation: Strong skills in PowerShell and shell scripting;
- Virtualization: Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V;
- Cloud: Solid knowledge of Azure and GCP;
- Databases: Experience in managing SQL databases and administering servers;
- Exchange: Hybrid on-prem/O365 Exchange management experience;
- Backups: Familiarity with backup tools and recovery procedures;
- Networks: Understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and services;
- Security: Knowledge of Microsoft security tools;
- Endpoint Management: Centralized endpoint management using Intune and SCCM.
