Manufacturing Process Owner for Air/water Heat

**Your contribution to something big**:

- Development and implementation of Industrialization concepts ensuring Electric Systems business unit targets;
- Manufacturing key account towards Air/Water business teams;
- Collaboration with product and process development teams;
- Coordination of industrialization activities across Bosch Thermotechnology locations with respective Local Process Owner Network;
- Standardization of industrialization and serial production in all relevant plants following Bosch Thermotechnology standards;
- Strategy alignment with the product area and other Excellence Owners, such as purchasing teams, product and industrialization quality teams and logistic teams;
- Supply chain development and contingency planning for respective product portfolio;
- Alignment and implementation of Electric Systems Business Unit (ES) manufacturing strategy with relevant functions and plants;
- Alignment of manufacturing and purchasing strategies for Make and/or Buy decisions following Total Cost of Ownership investigations;
- Manufacturing representative in TTM projects assuring adherence to planning guideline, design for manufacturing and assembly, cost & quality and agreed time schedules;
- Driving Design for Automation, Cost & Quality and team collaboration within the simultaneous engineering teams in the product creation process;
- Support ES specific technology & process development;
- Engineering Change Request Management in Serial Production with target to standardize process bill of materials in plants.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
- Experience with Time-to-Market process (TTM Classic & TTM Agile);
- Experience with Design for Assembly and Automation (DFMA, PGL, Lean Line Design);
- Strong interest in manufacturing & product development topics;
- Ability to organize and structure work independently;
- Ability to manage projects one time and work on tight deadlines;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
