**WHO ARE WE HIRING?**
**WHAT WILL Y**OU DO**:
- ** Hardware **Mastery**: Lead the process of designing, developing and optimizing cutting-edge hardware solutions for our intelligent lighting systems and Smart City infrastructures.
- ** Technical** **Leadership**:Provide specialized orientation and guidance to our hardware engineering team, inspiring improvement in all aspects of hardware development.
- ** Innovative** **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues and provide technical support as needed. Identify technical risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible;
- ** Cross-**Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with software engineers, project managers and designers to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- ** Quality** **Assurance**: Implement and monitor rigorous testing and quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of hardware integrity.
- ** Future **Orientation**: Stay ahead of emerging hardware technologies and trends to inform product development strategies.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor or Master in Electronics Engineering. Other degrees might be considered if relevant working experience.
- Experience in Hardware Development Life Cycle.
- Strong knowledge in Industry practices for mechanical/hardware engineering, quality assurance, analysis, and project management.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies.
- Expertise in areas such as circuit design, power management, signal integrity, and hardware debugging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written in both native and English languages.
- Communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
