**The Opportunity***:
As part of the Virtual Demand Center Operations Team, you will drive business optimization to ensure quality and consistency within the global sales team structure and strategies. This role will be responsible for aligning EMEAR regional operations with the larger global strategy. Ongoing responsibilities include direct interaction and collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from entry level-sellers to leadership, as well as leading projects, managing feedback, and providing individual work contributions. The primary goal of this position is to drive results for the benefit and improvement of the team.
**What You Will Do***:
- Work closely with leaders from various teams to create operations plans that support and reinforce ongoing project, priorities, and strategies of the VDC team.
- For newly assigned projects, support the team by collecting and documenting project requirements, making updates and changes to the plans as needed, and overall serving as a point of contact for general end-to-end questions/feedback. Depending on project scope, you may be expected to lead an initiative, collaborate on an initiative, or simply make contributions depending on the scope, region, and priority.
- Identify, prioritize, manage, and track challenges around existing business and sales processes, as well as creating and/or collaborating on solutions to address challenges.
- Participate in content creation and ongoing governance of various business documents ranging from but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures, Executive-level playbooks, Training and Enablement materials, Job Descriptions, presentations, etc.
- Provide support to the EMEAR Regional Manager and the EMEAR Lead Development Rep Manager and Business Development Rep. Manager through:
- Attendance in weekly business reviews, monthly forecast reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Active participation in the demand plan, including communication and validation of expectations/responsibilities of the regional sellers and managers Monitoring the VDC team progress relating to goals for qualified leads, qualified sales opportunities, activities, and other key metrics or performance indicators.Establishing cadences for discussions and meetings to support alignment between the regional seller groups; end goal is to create a positive outcome that enables sellers to achieve shared goals.
- Addressing ad-hoc requests related to supplying/reviewing reports, dashboards, metrics, or process questions
- Providing support with new hires and attrition as it relates to workload re-assignment, platform, reporting, and dashboard updates, as well as IT tickets, headcount updates, etc.
- Coordinate with the Process & Platform Team and the Strategy and Planning team to ensure that the tools/systems are in alignment with seller behaviors and support the sales motion and VDC strategy over time.
**Who You Are***:
- You have 2 - 4 years of demonstrated success in a Business Support, Operations, and/or Management role that required strategic and tactical execution.
- You are a critical thinker, capable of analytical, strategic, and qualitative analysis. You enjoy change, challenges, and are able to pivot and adjust priorities based on being in a dynamic work environment. You have a desire to achieve results with mínimal structure/guidance.
- You are able to understand and interpret multiple data sets and/or raw and complex data to find commonalities, gaps, exceptions, challenges, etc. You are able to inform the appropriate individuals of your findings, and you implement action based on your data interpretations.
- You are detail-oriented, with excellent presentation skills that enable you to effectively drive meetings with senior stakeholders. You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- You are business focused, and possess the ability to identify and prioritize day-to-day tasks and responsibilities with long term goals and deliverables. You have mastered multi-tasking, and can work on multiple requests in parallel.
- You have the ability to think outside the box and provide input and outside perspectives for potential solutions; you collaborate well and can coordinate multiple teams to achieve goals.
- You can adapt your skillset as the role requires, such as incorporating data analysis at the numerical level, communicating the business and sales processes at an enablement level, or by providing simplified and direct summaries at a high-level overview.
**Preferred**:
- You have experience with DOMO, Salesforce, Outreach, Smartsheet, LeanData, and Eloqua.-
