**Your Role**:
**The CIM Tech Lead - Electrical and Controls is responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of the electrical and control systems. This role oversees a team of electrical and controls engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.**

**Your Mission**:

- **Lead the design and development of the electrical systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution components.**:

- **Oversee the design and implementation of the wind turbine control systems, including PLC programming, SCADA integration, and performance optimization.**:

- **Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, controls engineers, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the electrical and control systems, and implement corrective measures.**:

- **Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.**:

- **Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency, reliability, and performance of the electrical and control systems, and implement process improvements.**:

- **Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.**:

- **Collaborate with other departments, such as project management and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
**Your Profile**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;**:

- **Minimum 8 years of experience in the wind turbine industry or a similar field;**:

- **Proven expertise in the design, development, and integration of electrical and control systems for wind turbines;**:

- **Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams;**:

- **Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;**:

- **Thorough understanding of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements;**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;**:

- **Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and data analysis;**:

- **Knowledge of aerodynamics, structural design, and power generation;**:

- **Certification in project management or a related field.
