Sweatcoin, the #1 Health & Fitness app is looking for a **Social Media Manager** with a growth mindset and a unique set of skills. You will be hands-on, with a proactive “let’s go for it” attitude, able to lead and own all the Sweatcoin social media processes.
**You will**:
- Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter) to drive Sweatcoin user acquisition & engagement and incorporate them into Sweatcoin Growth Engine powered by referrals and creators, while staying true to Sweatcoin's mission to make 1 billion people healthy
- Own and lead the social media management process to ensure the results - planning, creating or sourcing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries
- Utilize UGC and community challenges to drive engagement and growth
- Analyze social media metrics to inform and optimize strategies and campaigns
- Experiment with new tactics to improve social media performance
- Integrate social media into our growth engine
**You have**:
- Hands-on experience in at least 1 platform (TikTok, Instagram or Youtube) with a proven track record of growing the account via UGC and creative challenges
- Strong understanding of social trends and best practices
- An active presence on social media and strong understanding of the social media landscape
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
**You are**:
- Someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media with a focus on user acquisition and growth
- At natural ease when it comes to collaboration with creators, UGC, and community engagement
- Comfortable with experimentation and able to take calculated risks
