**Your contribution to something big**:
- Technical purchasing for new parts and components, drive Time-To-Market (TTM) process and introduction of new parts in Heat Pump development projects;
- Lead technical discussions with suppliers and engineering, conduct supplier visits;
- Monitor and report (Purchasing) project achievements;
- Initiate, coordinate and bring forward preventative quality;
- Focus on target costing, identify cost improvement ideas with suppliers and involvement in costs estimations and tracking;
- Prepare supplier awarding for new parts, ensure the project schedule in respect to part deliveries;
- Involvement in Innovation Feasibility Projects.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Academic background in industrial or mechanical engineering, with additional commercial/business qualification;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or engineering department, preferably in commercial and project purchasing areas;
- Heat Pump knowledge is preferred;
- Structured and analytical way of working;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Results-oriented and pro-active attitude;
- Good communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in an international team environment and in a cross-functional team;
- Willingness to travel.
