**Description**

**MaisConsultores® **was born in 2016, started with 1 agency of its own and today has 30 agencies and Real Estate Consultants spread across the country. This growth is due to our Technology and Training with a 100% focus on Real Estate Agents.

We are looking for someone with experience in the real estate industry.

It is necessary to have at least 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Consultant.

For us a team leader is a real estate mentor, consultant, trainer, and partner all rolled into one. Instead of focusing on listing, selling, and buying real estate, the team leader focuses on their team members—helping them become as productive and profitable as possible.

**Responsibilities**
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: 25,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caldas da Rainha, Distrito de Leiria: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
