This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and a keen focus on transforming business objectives into technical solutions. You will guide the architectural vision and be a key player in stakeholder engagement.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead architectural initiatives that align with business goals and drive technological advancements.
- Design and oversee the implementation of solutions for cloud migration, primarily using Azure.
- Establish and enforce architectural best practices, design patterns, and governance protocols.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements and modernization efforts.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design documents, to guide development and deployment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Proficiency in English

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect having worked in large scale / complex enterprise programs
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures (ideally Azure) services and technologies.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles
- Strong understanding of main types of software architecture (e.g. micro-services, event-driven, service oriented) and able to analyse its applicability and perform trade-offs
- Hands-on experience with security models, including best practices for secure design.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.
