This opportunity is to directly join our client, a company in the Banking sector, belonging to a reference financial group with more than 20 years of experience.
Tasks
\- Troubleshoot at the desktop side network level;
\- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
\- Printer installation and configuration;
\- Provide high-quality support.
**Requirements**:
\- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk roles or similar.
\- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
\- Knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems (namely Windows 10 and Office 365).
\- Knowledge of diagnostics and troubleshooting at the desktop side network level.
\- Knowledge of printer installation and configuration.
\- Knowledge of configuring desktops on Microsoft networks with Active Directory.
\- Knowledge of Windows Server.
\- Knowledge of VMWare.
\- Autonomy and excellent diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills;
\- Excellent communication skills to provide step-by-step technical help in written and verbal form.
