**We have experienced the fastest growth in 2021, so in line with our growth strategy, we are hiring a Digital Consultancy Manager and Recruiter (M/F/x) to be part of our team.**
**ABOUT THE JOB**:

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will support the Digital Consultancy department in business development, recruitment and management activities, namely:
- Support strategy definition and business planning for our Digital Consultancy department;
- Lead Generation definition and implementation together with colleagues from Sales and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for looking for new partnerships, and managing clients.
- IT market analysis;
- Development of customer relations and respective needs for Digital Consultancy;
- You will support recruitment activities, thus sourcing new talent using a variety of methods;
- Qualify resumes according to the position requirements and also evaluate fit within the company culture/team;
- Conduct interviews;
- Ensure quality of delivery in alignment with client’s expectations;
- Ensure great team experience together with Management, HR teams.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?*

- Bachelor/Master Degree relevant to this job in HR, Management or similar;
- Experience in IT Recruitment and IT Business Development;
- Good communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships to work effectively with others to accomplish team goals;
- Proactive and with a great sense of responsibility;
- High technological culture and passion for new technologies;
- Organized, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Results-oriented, as you will be working to achieve KPI goals;
- Ability and willingness to learn;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Portuguese and English;
