**The team you'll be part of**
Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.
You’ll be part of the Health and Safety strategy central team.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
As part of our team, you will:
- Fatal, critical and HPo incident analysis
- Project and Supplier safety qualification
- Safety Data analysis
- Predictive and prescriptive safety models
**Your skills and experience**
Preferred capabilities of the applicant are:
- Fluent in English
- PBI and Excel proficiency
- Ability to understand and connect data from several sources
- Logical and critical thinking
- Good communication skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Health and safety background
- Data science background
- Behavioral science background
