Packaging and Transport Productivity Buyer

**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:

- Supports the Productivity related to the global transport and packaging
- Establish, feed and monitor detailed portfolio for VAVE, IPP actions implementation for the PC&L perimeter in the different SSED plants
- Contributes to the plant’s results
- Review and monitor weekly purchasing productivity plan under his/her scope
- Execute productivity actions with appropriates stakeholders
- Support on the standardization of PC&L productivity process
- Coordinate inputs from all functions (plants PC&L, plant champions, internal customers, purchasing, etc.) to achieve actions implementation.
- Support the Productivity Team on possible roadblock
- Supports to the Division Operation PC&L team in order to foster digitalization and innovation inside PC&L

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
Nice to have: Specialization in international purchasing, supply chain or PC&L
Minimum 3 years experience in PC&L, operations or purchasing

**Skills and competencies**:

- Knowledge of productivity / lean management methodology
- Knowledge of production, quality and logistics
- Fluent English
- Ability to work in matrix organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
