**PMO Trainee (M/F/d)**

**What role will you play?**
- Support as PMO Global projects, services and initiatives;
- Act as sparring partner and support to the Project lead. Focus on processes and tasks within a global project team;
- Administers and ensure adherence of PM policies and guidelines, programs and standards;
- Coordinate workflow environment and track all program related deliveries;
- Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders;
- Manage the reporting lines and support preparation of Project Board meeting as well as MoM;
- Support in central activities coordinated by headquarters team;
- Implements PM and PMO guidelines and processes and manages respective functional organization.

**We are looking for**:

- University degree in Business Administration or related fields; alternatively Information Technology or related fields;
- Fluent in English;
- Solid MS 365 knowledge;
- project management knowledge
- Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Processes and Detail oriented;
- Motivation and Resilience.
