CASH MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL SENIOR OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2210GMOCM13037)
**About the job**
- To be the single point of contact to our Corporate Clients for all their Cash Management requests in terms of implementation/extension of their e-banking solution, technical maintenance and user support, ensuring high client satisfaction, while protecting the bank interest
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Handles Cash Management product administration which encompasses the setup of CM contracts, collecting and maintaining client documentation, cooperating with IT teams on the implementation of new functionalities or products and improving the organisation
- Writes 1st drafts of cash-management contracts on the basis of local or Group templates Follow up of the implementation of new functionalities or products in the payments or reporting system and perform related User Acceptance Test (UAT) tasks in cooperation with IT teams
- Collect and maintain documentation for CM clients, monitor pending documentation and perform client chasing
- Improve the actual cash management organisation where possible. Le involcing processes and procedures, statistics, cost reduction, stakeholders management
- Provides clients with cash-management support which encompasses supporting the client with the use of new products, providing clients with training and coordinating with different teams to solve client issues and incidents
- Set up new CM product for clients and help to resolve issues regarding registration and first steps of use of the products
- Train clients on CM products (by phone/ webex / meet Me/physical tool training when applicable)
- Liaises with other internal parties for more complex clients issues (eg with central Teams for Connexis, Cash, Gateway, Swiftnet, Eashpool, TSI)
- Inform clients of identified incidents and communicate with different 2nd level supports (including Connexis Cash Support team) to solve Incidents
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master’s Degree in Economy, Finance, Management
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Banking / Client Service / Project / IT / Cash Management
- Fluent level of English, both written and oral, is mandatory
- Knowledge in
- Office Pack (Microsoft suite, Excel especially)
- Project management, ebanking implementation is a plus
- CRM Tools (Ticketing tool, workflow system) is a plus
