**Job Overview**
We are a fast growing B-Corp startup who strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seeking a full-time Supply Planner to support the fast growth of our Company.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish productive relationships with international suppliers and production sites;
- Be accountable for master data for materials planning, production and purchasing;
- Place and track replenishment and production orders based upon agreed agreed S&OP forecast, lead times, capacity availability and inventory targets;
- Support Supply Planning Manager in partnering with Product and Technology groups to validate feasibility of mid-long term supply plans;
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and variances and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence;
- Implement and maintain inventory and material management strategies, to be on target and monitor actuals accordingly;
- Anticipate out of stock situations or shortages of supply and recommend and implement mitigating actions;
- Do product lifecycle management and project management for new launches;
- Manage transport replenishment between different site (owned and 3PL);
- Hybrid regime, you will need to come to the office at least 2 times a week;
**Experience You Bring**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Professional Technical Courses)
- CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in planning and operations, supply chain and logistics, supplier management
- Demonstrated ability to use ERP systems within a production environment
- Communication skills to communicate in writing and verbally with a wide range of people, roles and cultures
- Anticipate Forecasting deviations, immediate customer demands, and probable future sales to maintain balance between fulfillment and replenishment needs
- Inventory management capabilities to leverage software and company assets to promote a healthy supply chain with a steady flow of goods and materials
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive for results and customer and quality oriented
- Team player with proactive and flexible attitude
- Autonomous management and identify urgency for issues escalation
- Full English fluency: speaking, writing, reading
