**What You'll Do**:

- As the Marketing Team Lead you will support and guide decisions in terms of formulating and evaluating different strategic topics in marketing alongside with the Country Manager to analyze and steer the growth in influencer & affiliate marketing, CRM Channels ultimately to scale the business by growth in revenue by X multiple within the year.
- You will give strategic infulence and inputs for effective TV spend scaleup.
- Work hand in hand with the global team on paid social and paid search channels.
- Manage a team of at least three Business Development Managers who will help you get to the your set goals for the market
- Check, optimize and identify opportunities to grow webshops metrics and performance such as numbers of visitors and conversion rate.

**What You'll Bring To Us**:

- You have completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related university program
- You have experience in marketing, business development, and e-commerce (start-up exposure is a plus)
- You have very good English communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly
- You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
- You have drive, ambition, and a genuine interest in growing a business
