Your mission at Webhelp At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in our organization’s business and in the lives of our employees. Your mission is to foster a comprehensive approach in the search for talent and to develop a community-building approach with the new joiners. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: - Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases. - Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company. - Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. We’ll be a great match if you: - Knowledge of a European language: French (C2 level) - English fluency (B2/C1 level) - University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar. Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Good understanding of referral programs - A positive and ‘can do’ attitude overlooking a community-building approach. - Experience with sourcing techniques. - Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up). - Proven Work Experience in the field is a plus.
