**ABOUT US**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated **Accounts Receivable Specialist** to join our financial team. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the accounts receivable process.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure the entire billing process is carried out effectively;
- Manage the collection process;
- Create and maintain customer records in SAP;
- Ensure the issuance of monthly billing in SAP SD/FI;
- Issue manual invoices in SAP SD/FI when necessary and ensure their proper dispatch;
- Upload issued invoices to appropriate platforms;
- Process received payments and post the corresponding settlements in the ERP system;
- Send account statements and dunning letters according to the defined schedule;
- Maintain regular communication with various business and support units;
- Contribute to continuous organizational improvement by identifying potential issues, reporting errors, and suggesting improvements whenever possible.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum education: High school diploma with knowledge of general accounting;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently;
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week at the Lisbon office).
