**The Offer**:

- Conduct example assessments to check for adherence to customer criteria.
- Recognize certain results and trends, implement data studies and act accordingly;
- Leveraging a project-based approach to work;
- Manage and analyse large amounts of data from a range of sources using business intelligence processes in order to create reports for stakeholders;
- Write reports to analyse the team's performance, output, efficacy, etc. Communicate with management how to reduce inefficiencies;
- Work with the training team to monitor the compliance according to company's policies. Make the suggested modifications.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Russian and excellent communication skills in English;
- Experience in quality or a call center environment (would be a plus);
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication;
- Skills in google tools: Docs, Slides, Spreatsheets, etc.
