Sales and Trading Assistant Officer

**About the job**
- In the context of Global Markets organization, and of BNPP’s Client-centric strategy, the Trader and Sales Assistant team aims to accompany the continuous enhancement of the quality of service provided to our clients, notably post-trade services. Its role is to support traders and sales in their daily tasks (pre-trade to post-trade processes), in the most timely and efficient manner. The trading and Sales assistant team is the key contact for external clients but also for other BNPP functions.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Ensure all Booking queries are addressed and escalated to the Marketer/Trader where appropriate;
- Ensure all trades are confirmed to the relevant Client on Trade Date;
- Monitor the Traiana NetLink Trade Monitor to ensure any issues are escalated and resolved quickly;
- Ensure all Client Static Data is kept up to date;
- By passing any new or updated information to the Static Data / NewFunds / On-boarding or SSI teams;
- By performing ad-hoc reconciliations of our records against those of the Client;
- Act as an intermediary between the Marketers and all Operational areas of the Bank;
- Execute daily controls to mitigate risks;
- Work in close collaboration with the onshore (London) team

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management or similar area
- Knowledge in Financial Markets
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening in English
- Ability to solve a number of problems simultaneously and capacity to work under pressure
- Lateral thinker identifying useful information and navigating obstacles and barriers
