BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2401LCF17329) **About the job** - The Business Continuity Management (BCM) department is responsible for the implementation of the Business Continuity Management Programme validated with Portugal Corporate Institutional Banking (CIB) and Competences Center's Heads and is accountable to ensure that the Group and CIB Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) procedures and guidelines are followed for BNP Paribas Portugal Branches. **Your Main Activities Are** - BCM department is under the direct management of BNPP Portugal COO (Chief Operating officer) within BCP, Control and Conduct unit. - Reporting directly to the Business Continuity Manager for BNP Paribas Portugal Branches, the BCM internship role and responsibilities are the following: - Contribute to projects within perimeter and associated procedures; - Collect/ treat/ consolidate data and information linked to the activities; - Contribute to the organisation set-up and support governance formalisation; - Contribute actively to the team activities and dynamics with positive attitude **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s Degree - Fluency in English (both oral and written) - Experience with Microsoft Office Package - Ability to deliver - Client focused mindset and analytical thinking - Ability to collaborate - Active listening LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
