Our solution encompasses a comprehensive platform to support the end-to-end patient flow where over 30 data points are collected on every video consultation. Our medical and scientific teams daily analyse valuable clinical data and work on new solutions to improve patients' quality of life within a sustainable economic model.

**About the role**

As a **Customer Service Specialist**, you will be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.

**What you’ll do**
- Booking home consultations, ensuring efficiency
- Registration and management of appointment requests
- Controlling and monitoring of home consultations activity in real time
- Coordinating with the triage team and doctors
- Passing on feedback to other teams
- Ensuring a positive experience to doctors, customers and partners

**Requirements**:

- You have previously worked in customer service;
- Graduation Degree;
- Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Team spirit;
- Time flexibility, namely for shifts (between 08:00am and 01:00am);
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels in business.

**Nice to have**:

- Immediate availability to start functions;
- Experience in the context of healthcare;
- Previous experience in working with healthcare and insurance providers.
