**Responsabilités**:
- Prendre en charge les propositions d'adhésion aux assurances ;=
- Assurer le paiement des prestations complémentaires santé ;
- Assurer le paiement des prestations à nos réseaux de professionnels de santé ;
- Gérer le service client et le service téléphonique auprès de nos clients.
- Cette fonction de back-office est principalement orientée vers l'activité administrative ;
- Le service téléphonique des appels entrants en conseil en assurance sera assuré ponctuellement, après une formation complète en gestion de l'assurance maladie.
**Exigences**:
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience préalable dans des emplois administratifs ;
- Excellent niveau de français langue maternelle ;
- Engagement à long terme et installation à Lisbonne ;
- Capable de travailler avec des objectifs et de la productivité ;
- De préférence, expérience dans le secteur des assurances ;
