For one our of international clients, we are currently looking for a **Tech Lead - Flutter.**

**Details**:

- Full-time
- Start: July 2025
- Hybrid: 3 days / week in the office in one of the locations: Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon
- Duration of the project: 5 months with possibility of prolongation

**Project Description**:

- Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS.
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.
- Mentor and guide Flutter developers; conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
- Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.
- Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and best practices.
- Manage technical risks and project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.
- Experience with REST APIs, Firebase or AWS Amplify, and mobile security.
- Familiarity with native Android/iOS is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English skills at B2 level
