The company you will work for
Reference company in the footwear sector is looking for a specialist purchasing specialist to strengthen its structure.
Your new mission
- Identify and evaluate potential raw-materials, suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, working closely with them to identify and develop new raw materials for shoe design development
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that new products meet the company's quality standards and align with market trends
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and cost savings
What you need to be succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a strong understanding of the product development process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
