With Total Mobility, Goodyear is not just a tire provider; we are a strategic partner, empowering fleets to optimize their operations for the future. - For our Commercial Fleet Business in Portugal, we are looking for a Fleet Mobility KAM: - Your Responsibilities: Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that leverage Goodyear's "Total Mobility" modular offer of tires and solutions to enhance sustainability and drive efficiency for our truck fleet customers.- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Portugal, showcasing the benefits of Total Mobility in meeting their unique needs.- Solution Selling: Utilize solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear's products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.- Problem-Solving: Address customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging the flexibility of the Goodyear Total Mobility offer to provide innovative solutions and enhance overall satisfaction.- Consulting: Collaborate with fleet clients in Portugal to identify areas for improvement in their business operations, leveraging the Total Mobility offer to provide expert consultancy and drive sustainability and efficiency.- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients in Portugal, promoting the advantages of Goodyear's Total Mobility for comprehensive fleet management.- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience.- Proven track record in fleet management, sales of tires, sales of Telematics, B2B account management, preferably in the automotive industry.- Strong understanding of solution selling, with a focus on finding the right balance of products, services, and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and goals.- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.- Location and travel requirements: Location: Portugal (Porto)- Availability to travel 80% of the time- What We Offer: - As a dynamic and innovative leader in the commercial fleet industry, Goodyear is committed to providing a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
