**Junior Sales Professional Internship, Nefab RA Produtos de Embalagem S.A.**:
Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our sales organization is vital for us to high quality level products, services, and solutions to our customers. We are now looking for a Junior Sales to join our team in Nefab Portugal.

As Junior Sales you will be responsible for:

- Follow up on customer projects.
- Customer budgeting.
- Insert work reports into the computer system.
- Promote and publicize the company's customized solutions (by phone).
- After-sales support, assuring the total satisfaction of our customers.
- Send samples to customers.
- Register and close customer complaints.
- Be responsible for increasing and prospecting new customers (by phone).
- Comply with the rules defined for your job by the S.G. implemented.
- Collaborate with other functions whenever requested by your hierarchical manager.
- Provide administrative assistance to customers.
- Inform customers about issues related to their orders (new general sales conditions, minimum quantities, prices and delivery dates.)
- Product costing.

You will contribute to our growth, being an important element creating a direct impact on the quality of our products and services.

You will be part of the core team that supports the company development. In the Junior Sales role, you will have the chance to face challenges everyday giving you the opportunity to learn new tools, ways of work and mainly to feel that your performance has a considerable impact on our business

This position is located in Portugal - Porto/Maia, and you will report to Sales Manager.

**Your profile**:

- Degree/Master's Degree in Industrial or Environmental Engineering or Degree/Master's Degree in Management.
- Languages: Portuguese and English.
- Knowledge of Windows software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Initiative, dynamism, taste for teamwork.
- Easy adaptation to different work areas, allowing you to solve challenges during the performance of your duties and facilitate the work of peers (Cooperation).
- Strong sense of responsibility that allows you to assume the importance of projects and tasks to be performed (Empowerment).
- Proactive in creating solutions that allow to avoid working in emergencies that compromise the quality of results and efficiency throughout the processes.
