We are excited to offer an opportunity to join Icopa/Dawn Foods as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will manage the Icopa Supply Chain and ensure compliance with the global standarts. This position offers the chance to be part of a growing team, with the potential for further development

**What will you do as an Supply Chain Manager at ICOPA**:

- Plan and monitor the necessary human resources needs and organize their replacement
- Logistics planning and cost optimization of delivery/storage/transport (route planning, carrier selection, freight cost negotiation = minimizes transportation costs)
- Organization and execution of inventories, according to the schedule and rules adopted by the Company.
- Prevent loss and damage to assets and equipment, through preventive actions.
- Inventory management (managing warehousing costs effectively)
- Cooperation with all Company departments, namely the Sales Department, the Purchasing Department and the Finance and Accounting Department.
- Complete alignment with GM and long term strategy.

**What does it Take to be an Supply Chain Manager at ICOPA?**

You are detail-focused Supply Chain professional particulary in a multinational environment. You are excited about working in an SSC and have skilss to support your team.

Furthemore, you recognize yourself in the folling profile:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Microsoft tools high skills
- SAP knowledge required and S4Hana preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain software (planning ERP, WMS)
- Leadership
- Supply chain optimization skills (for managing the supply chain team)
- Problem-solving skills (to overcome daily problems.)
- Strategic thinking (long-term strategies for resources planning that meet business goals)
