Tratamento e analise de reclamações

Elaboração de relatórios de investigação das reclamações e atualização dos dados

Utilizar os fluxogramas de analise adequados

Informar a gestão de produto e qualidade, sempre que se detete que os produtos ou processos se tornaram não conformes com os requisitos
