As a **General Manager**, you will maximize the success of the operation by ensuring the provision of outstanding standards of customer service throughout the restaurant. To do so, you will be a **Great Leader **for our team and a **Great Host** for our customers.

Your main missions will be to:

- **Organize and manage all the operational tasks from top to bottom**:global overview of the schedules and the stocks, ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant between each department (kitchen, bar, terrace, etc.)
- **Guarantee that procedures are followed precisely**: opening/closing, disciplinary/grievance, cash handling and accounting procedures
- **Ensure a safe environment **is maintained for customers, staff and suppliers: Risk Assessment, legislation, personal hygiene and food safety standards
- **Develop and empower the team**: recruit new team members, identify training requirements, recognize contribution of individuals to team objectives, carry out annual appraisals and regular performance reviews
- Ensure a **great communication** throughout the team in order to have everybody in the same line
- Pass on constructive feedbacks and suggestions to senior managers to **improve processes** within the team and also regarding the opportunities for improvement to overall customer service
- **“Lead by example”**: be ready to jump to every operational task if needed

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have **+5 years of experience in operational food & beverage industry**;
- You have natural **leadership skills** and you know how to federate a team;
- You are a **hard-worker** and you do things with passion;
- You are **resilient** and **adaptable**;
- You are versatile and can jump between different operational and back office tasks easily;
- You are **Naturally Happy** and enthusiastic;
- You are **fluent in Portuguese and English**;
- You have a driving license and you are motorized.
